National Coffee Day 2022: How to get free coffee from Starbucks today?

National Coffee Day 2022

National Coffee day is celebrated on September 29 in the United States every year. It is a celebration of the much-loved caffeine drink. Like Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme, coffee chains across America often give away free coffee or other deals to celebrate. But to everybody’s surprise, Starbucks is not participating this year.

A representative of Starbucks had told CNET that, unfortunately, Starbucks would not be doing any National Coffee Day deals this year. This means there will be no free Pumpkin Spice Latte or 10% off. They are not offering any freebies at all on September 29, 2022.

How to get free coffee from Starbucks today?

Consumers who want to get deals from Starbucks would have to download the Starbucks app and join their rewards program. Their rewards program would give one star per $1 spent. Twenty-five leads would get you free customization, and 50 starts would get you a brewed hot coffee, bakery item, or hot tea. One hundred fifty stars would get a handcrafted drink, hot breakfast, or parfait. If the consumer has 200 starts, they can have a free salad sandwich or protein box. Five hundred stars would bag your selected merchandise or at-home coffee.

So this is the only customer who can get coffee free of cost from Starbucks on National Coffee Day this year as they will not be serving out free coffee like last year.

They had given away free coffee in 2021 to celebrate their 50th anniversary with an epic National Coffee Day deal. So many people were anticipating another agreement in 2022. They had invited customers to bring a clean, empty, reusable cup into participating cafe locations across the US to receive a free coffee. Customers could also get an accessible Pike Place Roast representing decades of Starbucks coffee. It is named after the location of the original store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market.

Starbucks’s signature medium roast coffee is served in stores every day all around the world. Their original shop opened in 1971. The chain had said that the National Coffee Day deal marked their milestone anniversary with customers sharing how grateful the company is to be part of their communities and daily lives.
